Africa Fashion Week London is Europe’s largest event for African and African-inspired fashion and some of the hottest designers working globally are getting ready to showcase their collections.
TheoDora by Priscilla Aspiotis is a new brand making waves in UK haute couture. After starting her career as a Health and Safety Officer, Priscilla’s natural talent and creativity led her focus and efforts into full-time fashion design. After attending fashion courses in the London College of Fashion, TheoDora was born, featuring elegant, feminine and bespoke designs that are creative, unique and suitable for a wide range of occasions and events.
The Needle Point Shop is a brand defined by the love of African culture and fashion. Creative Director Theresa Onwuka started Needle Point in 2006 and they soon opened their flagship store in Ikoyi, Lagos. Needle Point caters to the personal style requirements of a broad clientele, who seek to be effortlessly stylish and comfortable in their clothes.Theresa has a passion for making women look amazing in her timeless pieces, saying, “It’s all about adding that touch of effortless chic to every outfit.”
