In conjunction with Africa Fashion Week London 2024, the MA Fashion Design and MA Textile Design programmes at Winchester School of Art present REIMAGINED, a vibrant intersection of creativity, diversity and cultural exploration. Showcasing our talented students’ boundary-pushing journey through African heritage, where tradition meets contemporary cutting-edge practice. 

In collaboration with renowned designer, Samson Soboye and curated by The Company at WSA, this inspirational collection demonstrates collisions and contrasts, utilising heritage and digital textile processes, as well as creative, transformational pattern cutting that encompasses zero-waste techniques. It is in this way that traditional and contemporary methodologies are combined, in the pursuit of fashion and textile designs that evidence ethical practice and aesthetic innovation.
